Marius Borg Høiby’s pretrial detention not extended, prosecutor appeals at once

The Norwegian court did not extend Marius Borg Høiby’s pretrial detention. The prosecutor is immediately appealing the decision. Høiby, 29, is the son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit. The appeal will therefore be brought before a competent court, which will reconsider his pretrial detention in the ongoing case.
