King rejects De Wever's resignation: PM must continue talks

The King has rejected Prime Minister Bart De Wever's resignation. As a result, De Wever has until 16 November to continue negotiations. The head of state is thus keeping him on as head of government for now while talks continue. By that date, it should become clear what the negotiations have yielded and whether a political step is needed.
