Explosion in Ans: Picric acid blamed, two people taken to hospital

A violent explosion occurred in a house on Rue de la Campagne in Ans. Ans/Saint-Nicolas police said workers were handling picric acid, an extremely unstable substance, when the blast occurred. Two people were taken to hospital for treatment after the accident.
