Police issued a wanted notice on Wednesday to find Smail Ouennas, at the request of the Brussels Public Prosecutor’s Office. The 39-year-old man is interned for attempted murder at Les Marroniers psychiatric centre in Tournai, Hainaut. The notice is intended to help the authorities locate him quickly.
