Hangar’s outdoor parties in Brussels face mounting criticism

The Hangar collective’s outdoor parties in Brussels are drawing growing criticism. Civic movement ARAU and Tom Raoul of club C12 say the capital is favoring these uses of public space at the expense of lower-income residents. Mayor Philippe Close’s office says other collectives can also organize such events.
