More apartments and a shortage of property managers cause problems

In Flanders, more apartment buildings are added each year while the number of property managers lags behind. As a result, property managers take on buildings, leading to problems and complaints. Eline Van Wynsberghe chose this shortage occupation and has worked as a property manager for seven years. Her office manages 80 buildings; she says owners expect too much or ask for things outside her remit.
