Second suspect, 18, detained over explosive attack near Antwerp city park

An 18-year-old man from Deurne has been detained in an investigation into an explosion in Antwerp. On Sunday evening, an explosive detonated in front of an apartment building on Charlottalei, near the city park. A 20-year-old man from Borgerhout had already been arrested. Both suspects are being investigated in connection with the attack; the judicial investigation is ongoing.
