Emergency decree targeting Jinnih Beels before Flemish Parliament

Vooruit, CD&V and N-VA want the Flemish Parliament to urgently consider a decree on no-confidence motions in provincial councils. This would allow provincial councils to vote out their officeholders. In Antwerp, the arrangement could lead to Vooruit provincial executive Jinnih Beels losing her seat, which would then go to CD&V. The proposal is now before the Flemish Parliament.
