Glenn from Bruges is Belgium’s first international bread sommelier

Glenn Schutyser from Bruges has qualified as Belgium’s first international bread sommelier. He spent a year training in Germany, studying bread from different countries. According to Schutyser, Portuguese and American bakers work very differently from Belgian bakers and those in neighboring countries. He considers bread as important as cheese and wine.
