In Ukraine, Kyiv power plant hit by Russian strike

A Russian ballistic missile struck a thermal power plant in Kyiv, Ukraine, on Tuesday evening. The city had received no prior warning from its Western allies before the attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky regretted the lack of warning after the missile hit energy infrastructure in the capital.
