After protests, Pearle Opticians customers can still buy their rented glasses

Customers with a Pearle Opticians Bril Plan could buy their rented glasses afterward. The chain wanted to scrap that option from November, including for existing contracts. Following protests and legal concerns, Pearle has reversed course. Customers with an ongoing contract will get one final chance to buy their glasses through WinWin.
