Gender pay gap stubbornly remains among one-quarter of employers

Women in management positions in Belgium earn an average of 5% less than men, Randstad’s latest research shows. The gender pay gap remains present among about one-quarter of employers. The findings highlight continuing differences in remuneration between female and male managers across the Belgian workforce.
