Depraetere (Vooruit) wants one energy certificate for renovations and new builds

Flemish Housing Minister Melissa Depraetere (Vooruit) wants the energy performance certificate (EPC) for existing homes and the EPB report for new builds to evolve into a single document. The certificate would present information on homes’ energy performance in the same way. The proposal applies to both renovations and new builds and still needs to be developed further.
