Change in ownership structure at Compagnie du Zoute

Flemish businessman Philippe Van de Vyvere has sold his shares in Compagnie du Zoute. The sale changes the company’s shareholder structure. Its chairman, Bernard Jolly, says it could “simplify things.” The company now has a modified shareholder structure following the sale.
