Multimedia is now the most popular category in cafeteria plans, which allow employees to choose part of their salary package. In more than four out of ten cases, employees opt for technology such as smartphones and laptops, putting the category ahead of health and social benefits. Acerta based its analysis on 23,153 registered benefits among 9,436 employees.
