Students Yuri Elens, 22, and Milan Berlemont, 23, grow microgreens at their workshop in Vossem. They say the edible seedlings are packed with nutrients and can reach the plate just days after sowing. Following a misunderstanding with their landlord, they want to win over consumers across the country. In their view, microgreens are more than just watercress.
