Go Church to lose its largest Belgian base from 2027

The Go Church religious community will no longer be able to hold gatherings at Saint Joseph’s Church in Merksem, northeastern Antwerp, from 2027. The venue is its largest base in Belgium. The decision comes after controversies that have marked recent weeks. The withdrawal deprives the organisation of its main meeting place.
