Part of Antwerp Cathedral urgently restored

Antwerp Cathedral is having urgent restoration work carried out on the passage to the inner courtyard. Seeping moisture, stability problems and cracks in the walls are being addressed. The work costs approximately €250,000; director Christian Devos hopes it will keep the cathedral free of new major works on this scale for decades.
