Jenny (57) and Stephan (62) are moving to Cape Verde, but Fonske can't go

Jenny Vercauteren (57) and Stephan De Beer (62), from Vrasene, plan to move to the Cape Verdean island of Santo Antão in December. No airline or shipping company is willing to transport their French bulldog, Fonske. Even specialized pet transport companies refuse to take him. This leaves a €52,000 private flight as the only option, but the couple cannot afford it.
