Lier station tunnel gets mural featuring sheep

The station tunnel in Lier is getting a colorful mural measuring around 250 square metres. NMBS is depicting recognizable city symbols, including the Zimmer Tower, sheep’s heads and Lierse vlaaikes. The work is nearly complete and is intended to turn the tunnel into a more pleasant gateway to the city. Traveller Renilde says it used to be no pleasure passing through.
