Hodei Docampo Ciarra, 34, main suspect in Limoges fire

France’s counterterrorism service suspects Hodei Docampo Ciarra (34) of involvement in the arson attack on Limoges city hall. The French-Basque suspect was tracked down at a remote rural home and comes from a family of far-left activists. He is on France’s terror list and faces up to 20 years in prison.
