King Philippe is first to travel through new Scheldt tunnel

On Wednesday, King Philippe made the first symbolic journey through the new Scheldt tunnel. During the crossing, he travelled through the entire structure, not just one section. He was therefore the first person to use the full tunnel, during a visit focused on the new infrastructure.
