18 dogs and cats donate blood at donor day in Kortenberg

Akuut veterinary practice in Kortenberg organised its first donor day for dogs and cats. Eighteen animals came in to donate blood that could save lives. Veterinarian David Haelterman warns that supplies will run out within a week. The donor day aims to help address the shortage of animal blood for sick animals and prevent future shortages.
