As water production centre to be renovated for safer water

De Watergroep is renovating the outdated water production centre in As. Preparatory work has begun; demolition work starts next week and will continue until summer 2028. According to De Watergroep, drinking water supplies will remain guaranteed throughout the renovation. The project is intended to make water production fit for the future again and support drinking water safety from source to customer.
